Heritage Home School Academy

	Call 1-877-532-7665 for complete information and the Home School enrollment packet.
	Fill out the Home School Enrollment Application, Immunization Form, and Records Release Form
	Send the Forms to Heritage Home School Academy with the $75.00 Registration Fee and the $25.00 per child to be tested.

We will then send the Student Diagnostic Test and the Parent Home School Training Guide to you by return mail.

You will give the Diagnostic Tests to each child enrolling. The parent will then send all testing material back to Heritage Home School Academy along with the first month's Tuition for each child's schooling.

While waiting for curriculum to arrive the parent should complete the Parent Home School Training Guide. You may keep the Training Guide for future reference.

The Academy will send curriculum for one quarter. When the curriculum arrives, the family is ready to start schooling. When the quarter's curriculum is complete, send all testing and score keys to the Home School and we then send the next quarter's curriculum.

We will send you test results along with the next quarter's Curriculum.

When will I get my home schooling information and programs?
When we receive the diagnostic test results and the first month's tuition, the first quarter of home schooling curriculum is shipped to you.

What are the benefits of receiving home schooling information?

A nationwide study including 1,516 families found students of home schooling to be scoring, on average, at or above the 80th percentile in all areas on standardized achievement test. Note: The national average on standardized achievement tests is the 50th percentile.

Who do I call for information on home schooling?
A Toll Free Help Line is available between 9:00am and 4:00 pm (central) to help in academic areas and to answer any questions. 877-532-7665.

What if I change my mind after I get my information on home schooling?

If, within 30 days after your home schooling curriculum is shipped, you are not satisfied, simply return all home schooling material, the parent training guide, the home schooling curriculum (unmarked and usable), and the score keys. We’ll refund 100% of your tuition.
Please note: Registration and testing fees are non-refundable.

Are diplomas available through home schooling?

High School Diplomas are presented by the Academy upon completion of home schooling requirements.

I’m not a teacher. Can I still put my child into home schooling?

Yes! The Parental Training Guide shows you how to instruct children through the home schooling programs. It includes information on diagnostic testing, setting up personalized learning centers, the student progress chart, and information on home schooling curriculum.
